Predictive & Preventative Maintenance Services

Renown Electric offers a wide range of preventative and predictive maintenance services designed to address potential equipment issues before they arise. Our Total Care Support Cost plan offers affordable pricing for a range of services, including:

  • Dynamic balancing
  • Vibration analysis
  • Infrared thermography
  • Winding analysis
  • Laser alignment
  • Partial discharge testing
  • Oil analysis
  • Motion amplification

The addition of Motion Amplification® monitoring technology helps to preemptively identify problem areas that would be otherwise undetectable by the human eye. This leads to reduced time and money spent on troubleshooting, routine monitoring, vibration analysis, and other repair operations. Motion Amplification® often brings to light the root cause of system failures.

Field Services

Field Services

On top of our extensive in-house capabilities, we also offer various field services for your convenience. We have numerous tools at our disposal, all of which we can bring to your site for in-field repair, remanufacture, and preventative maintenance. Our field services include:

We also offer our exclusive Motion Amplification® monitoring while performing field services. Using a proprietary video processing algorithm, this technology uses cameras to amplify the subtle internal movements of equipment to provide a real-time picture of its performance. Once the process is complete, we can provide a record of the overall stability of equipment that be reviewed later to determine the health of the system over time.
